If asked, would you change your spec: I often change between fury and arms depending on the fight in Siege of Orgrimmar. Like Galakras for an example. But yes!
Why did you choose the glyphs you use: I'm using 2 of my glyphs because its the most optimal once and the only ones that can increase DPS, the 3rd one i use because we needed the sunder armor debuff in my old guild.
Why did you choose the talents you use: I chose Dragon Roar/Storm Bolt for higher dps. I Chose disrupting shout because its nice with a 3rd interrupt. I chose impending victory because i feel like its more useful then Second wind cause you shouldn't be under 35% health in fights anyways+ it gives me a nice burst healing when i need it. the rest are just personal choises.
Why did you reforge the way you did: Cause it gives me the highest dps outcome.

Why did you choose the professions you have: I chose engineering because i like having a burst proc rather then steady increased crit.
If you're benched for a fight, is this okay with you: Yes.
Can you make all our raid days: Yes.

Do you talk during fights (say if you have a DoT/other mechanic we need to be aware of): Yes I do, I used to be the raidleader in my old guild
We often joke with each other, so the tone might sound harsh if we wipe, is this okay with you: Yes.

When are you usually online: If i have School I'm online from around 16:00-23:00

Why do you want to join us: I saw you were reqruiting and i read up a bit about you guys and i got interested.
How can we benefit from having you: Apart from my raid cooldowns (both offensive and defensive) i would take it that you mean me personally the player and not the class. i have a good understanding of the fights and know all the tactics, I'm Currently the raidleader in my guild and managed to get 8/8 hc 10-15% nerf in Cataclysm. This expansion i've only got 4/13 in ToT heroic due to problems with my old guild that benched me for every raid because they didn't want any melee.
I also have a Guardian druid in case you would ever need a tank.
