Which team are you applying for:
Mainly for main roster for WoD, if needed/wanted for MoP content I'd be glad to do so too. Already being part of the alt raids and hoping to do so unless I'm needed for main runs.
How long have you played WoW:
Since the start of WotLK.
How long have you played your class:
On and off since WotLK, still my most or second most played character.
How long have you played your current spec:
Started during MoP really, mainly played blood until MoP came out. Still quite new to DW Frost, but I think I've gotten the hang out of it.
If asked, would you change your spec:
Gladly, I enjoy all DK specs.
Why did you choose the glyphs you use:
It's a decent overall setup for most situations, focusing on getting the most out of my AMS and I love getting more runic power out of Horn of Winter even if it's on a longer CD, saves me a global of using it twice.
As for minors, don't want that army taunting mobs everywhere and grip without taunt can be useful if I want to replace adds in a fight without taking a massive hit to the face. Longer Horn of Winter is just something I like myself.
All glyphs are bound to change and will be changed when needed.
Why did you choose the talents you use:
Also a decent setup for most situations, maybe a bit of preference too. I keep myself up to date what the other DKs are doing and will change appropriately. If any situation calls for another talent I'm more than happy to change.
Why did you reforge the way you did:
My priority being mastery > crit > haste as DW, also going for hit/exp caps. Sadly I have a lot more hit than I'd want to. I also think I might get more out of my gear if I potentially change my red gems for expertise/mastery as I haven't paid close attention to how much expertise I'm reforging currently.
Why did you gem the way you did:
Quite similar answer as I gave on the topic of reforging, going for my priority stats with as close to hit/exp cap as possible, I still kinda want to test or look into if I would benefit more from getting exp/mastery reds.
Why did you choose the professions you have:
Engineering/Mining, that mining though... Well the reason I'm keeping mining as of now is that I was not expecting to raid really before WoD and in WoD it really doesn't matter what professions you have anymore and I enjoy being able to self sustain my professions without the use of huge chunks of gold. If needed I'm glad to change mining out and level up a real profession.
If you're benched for a fight, is this okay with you:
Can't always be the best class for all occasions, right? (Unless you are a warlock LOL) I don't mind sitting out an encounter, it's the best for the guild after all.
Can you make all our raid days:
Easily.
Any notable guilds you have been a part of:
Sadly no.
Do you have a mic:
Yes.
Do you talk during fights (say if you have a DoT/other mechanic we need to be aware of):
Not afraid to talk.
We often joke with each other, so the tone might sound harsh if we wipe, is this okay with you:
Just the way I like it. So definitely not a problem.
Do you click your abilities, or do you have them keybound:
I have everything that I'd use in combat keybound.
When are you usually online:
Most of the time tbh, if I'm not on WoW I'm probably still on the computer.

Why do you want to join us:
I know 2 people in the guild and heard a lot of good stuff, also had a chance to experience some of it myself being a social and all. Alt raids been a lot of fun.
How can we benefit from having you:
I don't make excuses on my own part and I'm harsh on myself in a way where I won't be happy with my own performance unless I'm doing what I'm supposed to do. I hate to disappoint, go hard or go home!

List of macros and addons you use: I want to mention that my UI is bound to change soonTM, I want to clean it up when WoD comes out and improve some bits. I like to keep it quite simple. Anyhow, macro wise I only have a DPS cd macro for Pillar of Frost + Bloodfury + Synapse Springs, can make more if needed.
When it comes to addons I use:
