I started back in Lich King playing a dk

I have played druid on my other accounts and balance since 5.4 began
How long have you played your current spec:
Since the beginning of 5.4
If asked, would you change your spec:
Absolutely, I enjoy all druid specs, ( except Feral
) I was planning on going Restoration but I have no gear for it.
Why did you choose the glyphs you use:
Stampeding Roar - for a more raid-friendly spell
Stampede - So I can save a global cooldown, and also because there are no better glyphs currently for balance
Rebirth - So that I can ensure the target will stay alive if he happens to be revived in clutter on ground
One with nature - speaks for itself
Moste of them I chose since there are literally no other ''useful'' glyphs for a boomie.
Why did you choose the talents you use:
15 - Switching between displacer beast and feline swiftness depending on encounter, mostly use feline swiftness to increase the low mobility boomkins have
30 - Yser'as gift for a passive raid-beneficial heal
45 - Typhoon because it's a mechanic only available for Druids
60 - Incarnation because it's the most dps beneficial between the talents
75 - Ursol's Vortex or Mighty bash, mostly Vortex since it's also a Druid only mechanic
90 - Heart of the wild for passive stat increase and for the crazy off-healing you can pull off with it
Why did you reforge the way you did:
For Balance, the main second stat is crit because it amplifies moonfire and sunfire, so when they crit I get a chance of an instant starsurge which is a huge dps increase. I also reforged for a certain haste cap. There's one higher and one lower, I went for the higher one. The haste cap is for my sunfire and moonfire dot ticking speed. And I am currently somewhat above hit cape due to all the spirit gear, but I reforged most of it away so I can amplify crit more.
Why did you gem the way you did:
I gemmed all out for crit and intellect too boost my spellpower and cirtical strike chance which gives me the most dps increase from the other gems. I don't gem for spirit bonuses or spirit gems since I am slighlty above hit cap already.
Why did you choose the professions you have:
I just chose mining because I needed some way to make money. My secondary proffession is for no use. I also have alchemy and jewelcrafting but it is on another character.
If you're benched for a fight, is this okay with you:
Yes, since I want the best out of the raid and the best for the guild and since you are more experienced than me it fulfills that stuff.
Can you make all our raid days:
All of them except monday since I have handball practise that time, which is very unfortunate
Any notable guilds you have been a part of:
Not really
Do you have a mic:
Yes
Do you talk during fights (say if you have a DoT/other mechanic we need to be aware of):
If it is cruisial for maintaining the fight, then yes otherwise not too much.

I start school on tuesday and I haven't gotten my schedule yet, otherwise late afternoon for monday-friday and almost all the time on the weekends
I also have handball practise that I am not online during.

Why do you want to join us:
Because you seem like a very stable and serious guild that has fun in the meantime (also for your black roleplaying, sounds awesome) and because I don't think pugs fulfill my potential. Speaks mostly about my monk but I don't want the same thing happen to my druid. Just having a HC geared toon and not playing it because pugs aren't fulfilling.
How can we benefit from having you:
I am highly experienced with SoO content except the bosses I have not downed on HC yet and I am a very quick learner when it comes to tacticts and understanding mechanics.
